Due to the custom nature of our 3D modeling and printing services, all sales are generally final once production has begun. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require special consideration.

All returns require prior authorization from us. We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.
We may offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item, etc.). In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
Digital services, including 3D model files and design consultations, are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience issues with digital deliverables, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
If you need to cancel your order before production begins, you may be eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss cancellation options.
Cancellation during production is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be partial, reflecting work completed and materials used. We will discuss cancellation terms with you before processing.
